I am a week away from buying property in the Wild Acres East area. The weekend that I first viewed the property, everything was covered with a blanket of snow and looked great. However, this past weekend I took a second trip up, and my drive down North Star was quite a bit different. I am now having second thoughts about my upcoming purchase. Is there a county board or township association that has plans to enforce property clean up? It would be great to know this before "signing day" so any info would be helpful!
